Blueberry Burst Bread Mix

You asked for it, and now it's here. TOP's Parrot Food is happy to introduce our new Premium Birdie Bread Mix.

This premium mix is made from the same natural ingredients as our pellets. 

An easy-to-follow recipe is included to walk you through making this delightful treat for your companion.

Recipe Directions: 

Ingredient List:

2 cups of TOP’s Birdie Bread Mix

1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder

1 large egg, beaten

1 1/4 cups applesauce or other fruit puree

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) 

Step 2: In medium mixing bowl, combine TOP’s Premium Birdie Bread Mix and baking powder

Step 3: In a separate, large mixing bowl, combine the beaten egg and applesauce (fruit puree)  

Step 4: Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until you have a smooth dough batter

Step 5: Pour dough batter into a medium pan or standard muffin pan, or form 2-inch cookie rounds on a greased cookie sheet*

Step 6: Bake at 350°F (177°C)  for 15 minutes, or until firm

* Do not use nonstick PTFE-coated cookware
