Dulse whole leaf can be enjoyed right out of the bag or in a variety of recipes. The high protein and mineral content of dulse adds a savory umami flavor to any dish. Sustainably wild-harvested in the pristine waters of the North Atlantic, and lab-tested for quality and contaminants.
