For dry and hardpack courses and trails, Maxxis developed the Griffin. The tread pattern is less aggressive than other tires in our line, but still uses a durable casing Maxxis tires are known for. The knobs are smaller and more tightly spaced, with heavily ramped leading edges to keep rolling resistance down on trails with lots of pedaling. The Griffin is available in trail, enduro, and downhill specs.
