Enhance your experience with ultracompact optical tools, ready for any journey. The Standard Issue binocular was designed to pack easily without compromising clarity with their fully multi coated lenses that allow for edge-to-edge image quality.

The rugged no-slip grip keeps these binos protected and comfortable in-hand no matter what you (or Mother Nature) throw at them. Built to roam with confidence, the Standard Issue is waterproof with a IPX7 rating and fogproof with nitrogen-filled internal chambers, so you never miss a moment of magic.

  • Waterproof (IPX7) + Fogproof (Nitrogen sealed O-rings)
  • Wide Field of View
  • Fully Multi Coated Lenses + BaK4 Roof Prisms
  • Rugged Impact Absorbing Housing + Scratch Resistant Lenses
  • Twist Up Eyecups, compatible with glasses

Standard Issue 25mm vs. Field Issue 32mm

What’s the difference?

  • The Standard Issue has a 25mm objective lens while the Field Issue has 32mm resulting in better low-light performance and providing a more immersive experience with a wider field of view.
  • The Standard Issue is smaller and lighter, only 11.85 oz compared to the 16.7 oz Field Issue
  • Both have BaK4 Prisms but the Field Issue does have slightly more advanced lens coating resulting in better a clearer image and better light transmission (we call it HiFi Fully Multi Coated Lenses)
  • The Field Issue features an Oversized Focus Wheel for ultra smooth and precise focusing

Bottom line: We highly recommend the Standard Issue for beginners or those who highly value the compact size and lightweight form. The Field Issue should be considered for those looking for clearer images and a larger Field of View.

Standard Issue 25mm vs. Pro Issue 42mm

What’s the difference?

  • The Pro Issue has a Ultra Wide Field of View: 429 ft field of view (8x @1000yds) compared to the Standard Issue’s 357 ft @ (8x @1000yds)
  • The Standard Issue is much smaller and lighter, only 11.85 oz compared to the 24 oz Pro Issue
  • Both have Bak4 Prisms however Pro Issue utilizes higher-end lens coatings (Fully Coated vs Broadband Fully Multi Coated) prism coatings, and more advanced lens groups resulting in a brighter, crisper image.

Bottom line: We highly recommend the Standard Issue for beginners or those who highly value the compact size and lightweight form. Those who want the clearest image, widest Field of View, and best low-light performance should go with the Pro Issue.
