Wilderness Systems Pamlico 135T Kayak

Getting kids, small paddlers, or a favourite four-legged companion out on the water is one of the most rewarding things you can do with a kayak, and the Pamlico 135T makes it easy.

The smaller of the two Pamlico tandem models, the 135T is sized for an adult and child pairing, two younger paddlers, or an adult with a small pet, with a maximum capacity of 250 lb for short paddles on protected water. The flat hull delivers the kind of rock-solid initial stability that keeps nervous first-timers and wiggly passengers comfortable, and the large cockpit makes getting in and out straightforward for paddlers of all sizes. It's a kayak built for ponds, flatwater lakes, slow rivers, and sheltered bays where the focus is on the experience rather than the distance covered.

Like its larger sibling, the 135T converts cleanly to solo use by sliding the bow seat backward and locking it into place, freeing up the rear seat for gear or a small passenger. The Phase 3 AirPro tandem seat system adjusts on both seats with backrests that move in multiple directions and moisture-wicking seat pans that raise or lower to reduce leg fatigue on longer outings. The SlideLock XL foot brace system adjusts easily via extension rod, and the stern Orbix hatch with bulkhead keeps gear dry and adds positive buoyancy. Rudder-ready for future upgrades, and built in North America from durable Gen2 polyethylene.
